Who runs the site

The site operates under the name BrawlBot. A question or request about your account can be sent from the contacts page.

Account

When you register, we store your name, email address, a hash of your password, and, if you provide it, your Brawl Stars player tag. We also store whether your email is verified and the battle-log refresh interval on your profile. The password itself is not stored.

Clubs and the bot

If you add a club, we store the club tag and the commands, notifications, and images you set up for that club. If you connect a Telegram chat, we store that chat's identifier so the bot can send messages there.

Public game statistics

When someone looks up a club or player by tag, the site requests public data from the official Brawl Stars API and keeps it to show trophies, roster, battle log, and brawler statistics. Those pages are public.

Contact form

The form asks for your name, email, and message. That information is sent by email to the site operator and is not saved in the site database.

Cookies and similar technologies

The site uses a session cookie to keep you signed in and to remember the language on pages without a language prefix. If Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, or Google AdSense are enabled, those services may set their own cookies to measure visits and show ads. You can limit cookies in your browser settings.

How long information is kept

Account, club, and bot data stay while the account or those settings exist. Public game statistics stay while the corresponding pages remain on the site. Contact-form messages stay only in the operator's mailbox, not in the site database.

Requests about your data

The site has no button to delete an account. Use the contact form if you want account data we store to be corrected or removed.
